Where the EndoYoga
path can lead

Through the EndoYoga Teacher Training, my deepest wish is that you elevate your knowledge, your practice and your teaching, and that you flourish, personally and professionally.

It is not only about acquiring knowledge. It is about putting it into practice to make a real difference in the lives of women living with endometriosis, while building a path that feels like yours.

Here are some of their journeys —
each one different, each one rooted in who they are.
01

Karine

A new path, built one student at a time

Karine was in career transition when she joined the training. By the end, she was already welcoming students in 1:1 sessions. Today, alongside individual yoga therapy, she runs three weekly group classes, collaborates with a gynaecology clinic, and is building a Yoga & Endometriosis workshop offered in a hospital setting.
02

Emma

A studio for women's health across the lifespan

Emma opened her own studio specialising in women's health throughout life. She began with prenatal and postnatal yoga, and noticed how many of her students were living with pelvic pain and endometriosis. She wanted to go beyond perinatality and offer something specific for endometriosis and the menstrual cycle. She now offers 1:1 sessions, workshops, and regular classes.
04

Élodie

Integrative care, with art and yoga

Élodie lives with endometriosis and adenomyosis. A yoga teacher and art therapist, she had already trained in women's health but wanted something more specific to accompany women through endometriosis with both yoga and art therapy. Today she has her own practice, offers workshops in a yoga studio, and is part of an integrative team (physiotherapist, osteopath, midwife, nutritionist, psychologist) offering coordinated care for women with endometriosis.
05

Marine

Naturopathy and EndoYoga, woven together

Marine is a naturopath who trained in EndoYoga. When she offered a specific group class to her students with endometriosis, the response was beyond what she expected. She enriched her naturopathy practice with personalised EndoYoga therapy practices, and now also offers a workshop and a monthly circle for women with endometriosis, bringing her two worlds together in a way that feels whole.
06

Marion

From midwife to women's centre

Marion was a midwife at a gynaecology clinic. After the training, she decided to leave and open her own centre dedicated to women, offering support and classes for expectant mothers and for women living with endometriosis-related pain. She weaves together her two callings: midwifery and EndoYoga teaching.
07

Julie

Massage and yoga therapy, in one practice

Julie is a massage practitioner who, after the training, found the students her heart was looking for. In her individual sessions, she now combines massage with personalised EndoYoga practices, an integrated approach that meets women where they are.
your own path

Your own path is welcome here.

You may be in career transition. You may already wear several hats. You may live with endometriosis yourself. You may be just starting out, or unsure how to put yourself forward.

Throughout the training, you are accompanied, not only in the practice and the teaching, but in learning, step by step, how to make yourself and your work known, with the right message, in the right place, so that the women who need you can recognise in you the person who can answer their needs.

The next training starts June 1st.
