About
Hey! I am Aurélie Maire
A yoga student, teacher, yoga therapist, and teacher trainer, as well as a specialized book author in endometriosis, with a scientific background in biochemistry and human nutrition.
It was through adapting my yoga practice, initiated in 2008, integrating Ayurveda and naturopathy, and drawing on my scientific background, that I successfully managed “my” endometriosis in 2013.
Since then, I’ve guided hundreds of students and trained yoga teachers and healthcare professionals in tailoring and personalizing yoga therapy practices to address the specific needs of students dealing with endometriosis.
For the past decade, I’ve been fully committed to supporting those with endometriosis by bridging modern scientific knowledge with adapted traditional practices of yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy.
Today, I offer specialized teacher training for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals. I also lead workshops, conferences, and am the author of the books “My Solution Yoga for the Female Cycle” and “Better Living with Endometriosis Naturally.”
I regularly contribute to press interviews and podcast episodes and participate in international networks composed of multidisciplinary professionals, where I shed light on the interconnection between yoga practice, women’s holistic health, and scientific knowledge.
My teachings offer a deep understanding not only of the scientific, yogic, and Ayurvedic perspective but also of oneself. This insight expands perspectives on one’s individual path to women’s health and well-being.
