Published Author, Certified Yoga Therapist, Specialized in Women’s Health and Endometriosis, Naturopath & Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Women’s Health Coach, Biochemist, and Human Nutrition Engineer
I am Aurélie Maire, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist specialized in holistic women’s health and endometriosis.
I am also affected by endometriosis, which has motivated me to deepen my knowledge, practice, and teaching over the past 10 years. I have undergone training both in Europe and internationally to develop an integrative and holistic expertise in supporting women with endometriosis through yoga and other holistic modalities.
I also offer specialized continuing education for yoga teachers and healthcare professionals, focusing on complex and often overlooked topics in women’s health, such as endometriosis, fertility disorders, pregnancy loss, perimenopause…
At conferences, I humbly share my knowledge in schools, universities, and panel discussions, highlighting the connections between holistic women’s health, scientific research, and yoga practice.
I am also the author of the book “Mieux vivre l’endométriose au naturel” (Living Better with Endometriosis Naturally), published in March 2022, and I will be releasing my second book in 2024.
My teaching harmoniously blends Western knowledge of the body and mind (science, biochemistry, neuroscience) with traditional disciplines of yoga, yoga therapy, and Ayurveda. I emphasize a deeply compassionate, holistic, and integrative approach.
Compassion, humility, and a personalized holistic approach are the principles that guide me throughout this journey.
