Aurélie Maire
Scientist, Yoga & Ayurveda educator, yoga therapist for women's health with over 15 years of experience, published author and international speaker
Through the integration of Ayurveda and Naturopathy into my yoga practice, which began in 2008, and drawing upon my scientific background, I successfully managed “my” endometriosis in 2013. This personal experience ignited my interest in women’s health, particularly in relation to endometriosis.
Since then, I’ve developed a holistic approach that blends traditional yoga and Ayurvedic practices with modern Western knowledge. Over the past decade, I’ve been dedicated to sharing resources and practices for women’s holistic health and well-being. Through my work, I aim to integrate adapted traditional yoga, Ayurveda, and naturopathy practices, supported by insights from modern science, to benefit women’s health and specifically address endometriosis.
With the goal of assisting women suffering from endometriosis and adenomyosis, I’ve provided tailored yoga therapy and Ayurveda practices to address their unique needs. I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women affected by endometriosis, empowering them to navigate its complex and chronic nature. Additionally, I’ve trained yoga teachers and healthcare professionals in these specialized practices.
I guide individuals through my books – in French – “Living Better with Endometriosis Naturally” (2022, Leduc Editions) and “Feminine Cycle” (2024, Solar), as well as workshops, programs, and yoga therapy sessions.
I extend my gratitude to you for joining me on this journey towards easing the challenges of daily life and managing the cycle with endometriosis.
Kindness, compassion, humility, and a personalized holistic approach are the principles that guide me throughout this journey with you.
