HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD

To edit your credit card:

  1. Please click on your profile picture in top right
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click “Billing Info” in the top right corner
  4. Update your billing information
  5. Save.

AUTO-RENEWAL

Annual Membership purchases will auto-renew at the end of your billing year, on or near the date of your initial purchase.
Bi-annually / 6 months plans will auto-renew every 180 days. Quarterly / 3 month Mentorship plans will auto-renew every 90 days.


REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to the membership content until the end of your current billing period.

For Quarterly Membership Members: If you’re on a quarterly membership plan, you have until 7 days from your date of purchase to request a refund. A refund will immediately cancel your membership and you will lose access to the content.

For Bi-annually Membership Members: If you’re on a bi-annually membership plan, you have until 14 days from your date of purchase to request a refund. A refund will immediately cancel your membership and you will lose access to the content.

For Annual Membership Members: If you’re on an annual membership plan, you have until 30 days from your date of purchase to request a refund. A refund will immediately cancel your membership and you will lose access to the content.

For Founding Members: If you cancel your membership for any period of time, you will renew at the current rate. We are unable to honor the Founding rate once you’ve canceled your membership.

To ensure a successful refund, please provide the same email address with which you enrolled.

Refunding your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in the future, and your access will be removed from the Membership portal, private member group, private podcast, and other access you were entitled to with your membership.

You will have access to Membership content as long as your billing is active and up-to-date. If your account defaults and/or you fail to make payments, your access will be removed from the Membership portal, private member group, private podcast, and other access you were entitled to with your membership.


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile (image) at the top right corner of the page
  3. Select “Settings” from the dropdown.
  4. Click “Billing Info” at the top right of the page.
  5. Click “Cancel”

Once clicked, access ends on the next billing cycle – either 90 days after your last payment if you’re a quarterly member, or 180 days after your last payment if you’re a bi-annually member or one year after your last payment if you’re an annual member. Once your access ends, you will not be able to view subscription content.

PLEASE NOTE: Unsubscribing from Membership emails does not cancel your membership. To cancel your payments, please follow the steps above.

Please contact us before disputing claims with your credit card company. We cannot initiate a cancellation requested through any social media or direct messaging platform (i.e. e-mail, WhatsApp, phone…). Please use the contact form on this page https://aureliemaire.com/contact/ for any communications regarding your membership status and question.


PAYMENT DEFAULTS

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, you’ll be contacted. Your access to membership may be suspended until your payments are current.


ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

We reserve the right at our discretion to deny access or remove customers from Membership for any reason.
