During our EndoYoga® sessions together, you’ll receive personalized yoga therapy practices and Ayurvedic recommendations to suit your individual needs and possibilities, along with clarity and support. We ensure you can easily integrate these practices into your daily routine at home, providing ongoing support throughout your journey.

Your experience with endometriosis is truly personal and unique. That’s why we craft an personalized plan tailored specifically to YOU.
Drawing from the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as the latest research on endometriosis, we empower you with self-knowledge and tools to become your own healer. We address the root causes of your imbalances and provide support for the interconnected systems involved in endometriosis, including hormonal, digestive, immune, and nervous systems, etc.
Note: This program complements your existing healthcare team and treatment plan.
Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment session. We’ll discuss your unique symptoms, imbalances affecting you, challenges, and goals, allowing us to create a customized plan just for you.
Subsequent sessions focus on personalized yoga therapy practices and natural solutions information (Ayurveda, naturopathy, and TCM). From to specific postures, meditation, visualization, breathing techniques, and nutrition recommendations, you experience holistic practices for your needs.
We ensure seamless integration of practices into your daily life, offering necessary resources and strategies for home (or office) practice.

- Complete the pre-session questionnaire to inform me about your specific needs.
- Initial assessment session online via Zoom (90 minutes).
- Four sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes, focusing on personalized yoga therapy practices and Ayurvedic recommendations.
- Follow-Up: Receive comprehensive support and follow-up between sessions via email or WhatsApp.
