Use of aureliemaire.com, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est., is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

These general terms and conditions (“GTC”) apply to all services provided by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. The term “participant” refers to the Customer, i.e. the person registering for a service offered by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. The fact of registering for one of the services, courses or training courses implies the participant’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. These take precedence over any other document issued by the participant.

Use of the site and service

To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the Service are subject to change. The Site makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source and/or content, is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.

 

Product description 

We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment through the content of its websites, publications or training courses, and is in no way intended to replace the services and advice of a physician. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare professional if you have any questions about a medical condition or after reading any content produced by our training organization. The participant undertakes to be able to practice the techniques associated with the training courses without medical contraindication. It is the participant’s responsibility to check that his/her personal insurance covers him/her during training, and to take out specific insurance if necessary. Training organized by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. in no way replaces medical instruction. Under no circumstances do the certificates issued by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. authorize their holders to diagnose illnesses or prescribe medication. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. undertakes to carry out the training services with all the care and competence at its disposal, within the framework of an obligation of means. Liability claims against Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. relating to material or immaterial damage resulting from the use of the training content or teaching aids are excluded in principle in the absence of intentional fault or gross negligence proven by the participant. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. is not responsible for the participant’s personal belongings. 

In no event shall Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. be liable for any indirect damages whatsoever. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the liability of Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. towards the participant, in the event that it is called into play, is expressly limited to compensation for direct damages proven by the participant and is in any event limited to the amount paid by the participant as part of the training. In all cases, the liability of Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. is excluded in the event of force majeure.

 

Intellectual property

The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est., including copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site, Service, Content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Service, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

 

Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights pertaining to the content of the products and services provided and to any paper or digital teaching aids that may be given to the participant. The participant shall not, in particular, reproduce, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, adapt, modify, translate, represent, market or distribute to non-participants in the training course or to third parties the materials made available to him/her, on pain of legal proceedings.

 

Confidentiality

The participant undertakes to respect the confidentiality of any written or verbal information that (Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est.) may have communicated to him/her in the course of the services or during exchanges prior to the conclusion of the contract.

 

Image and videos rights

By accepting the present terms and conditions, you give your permission for photographs and videos that may identify you personally to be taken during the training and published on the website, on social networks and in various publications (website, brochures, etc.) by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. We will make our best to ask you before posting any material with your image. If you would not like to give your permission if or if not notified prior to the use, please send an email to hello@aureliemaire.com.

 

Use of recordings

Please note that coaching calls, webinars, and other audio or visual services may be recorded and can be used in the future by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. for business and promotional materials or in conjunction with the sale of any products or services unless you specifically request otherwise. If you would like to make such a request, please send an email to hello@aureliemaire.com.

 

Changed terms

We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. We will post the most recent versions to the Site and list the effective dates on the pages of our Terms and Conditions.

The GTC are governed by UAE law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of this agreement must be preceded by an attempt at amicable settlement between the parties. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the GTCS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the place of business of Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est.

How to register

The participant may register for a service or training course offered by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. by e-mail, returning the registration form and the general terms and conditions to hello@aureliemaire.com.

The GTC apply from the date of signature of the registration form, contract and conditions by the participant. By returning the registration form duly completed and signed by the participant, the latter acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions, and declares that he/she accepts them fully and unreservedly. The participant’s registration becomes firm and definitive when Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. receives the registration form duly completed and signed by the participant.

 

Language and means of communication

Unless otherwise stated, training and course materials are in French or English.

 

Course price and payment terms

The price per participant and terms of payment are indicated on the registration form, quotation or training agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in euros and or in USD, exclusive of tax. Training prices include registration fees, administration fees, course materials (digital or paper version) and examination fees (if applicable). The price does not include the cost of recommended books and materials, catering, accommodation, parking and transport. Invoiced amounts are payable upon receipt of invoice by bank transfer, stripe or other online payment method defined by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. or in cash. Any sum not paid on the due date will give rise to the payment by the participant of late penalties set at three times the legal interest rate in force. These penalties are payable by operation of law, without the need for a reminder, upon receipt of the notice informing the participant that they have been debited. In addition, a fixed indemnity of 90 euros is payable for collection costs in the event of late payment. Any training begun is due in full, even in the event of partial participation or withdrawal by the participant.

 

Cancellation by the participant

The price of the training course is due and non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable, except in the event of force majeure as indicated above.

In the event that the trainee withdraws from the course before its completion, the said course will not be reimbursed and the full cost of the course will be due, except in the case of force majeure as indicated above. All cancellations and withdrawals must be notified to Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. in writing by registered mail. In certain duly justified exceptional cases (serious illness, accident, etc.), Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. may reimburse all or part of the registration fee. Decisions taken by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. in this regard are discretionary.

 

Cancellation of training by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est.

If Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. deems the number of participants to be insufficient, Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. reserves the right to cancel the course no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled date. In this case, the previously paid registration fees will be fully refunded. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. reserves the right to postpone the course, change the venue (e.g. by offering online training instead of face-to-face), adapt the content of the program or change the trainers, while maintaining the same educational quality, if circumstances beyond its control oblige it to do so (force majeure, pandemic, unavailability of trainer(s), etc.). In the event of partial implementation by Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. only the price of the partially implemented service will be invoiced as part of the training.

 

Exclusion and refusal of order

Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. reserves the right to exclude the participant from the course if the participant has not paid in full before the start of the course, in accordance with the payment conditions defined and signed, or if the participant’s behavior interferes with the smooth running of the course and/or is in serious breach of these GTC. In general, Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. reserves the right to refuse a participant for any reason whatsoever.

 

Invitation

An email will be sent to the participant a few weeks before the start of the course, indicating the exact location and times of the course. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of this email by the recipient, particularly in the event of absence from the course.

 

Training certificate and certification

Provided that the trainee has completed at least 80% of the course, passed the end-of-course examination (if applicable) and that Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. has received payment in full for the course, except in accordance with the terms of payment defined and signed between the participant and Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est., the certificate corresponding to the type of course attended will be issued. The certificate issued at the end of the training course is a certificate of competence and not a state diploma. Only trainees who have obtained the certificate at the end of the course can claim to have this certificate.

 

Session changes and cancellations, group classes, workshops, masterclasses 

Individual lessons must be booked and paid for in full before the session. Missed or non-honored appointments are always billed in full, whatever the reason. Any cancellation of a private (individual) lesson by the customer less than 48 hours before the session is due, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellation or change of a private (individual) lesson by the customer more than 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled within 15 days, subject to the teacher’s availability, and is neither transferable nor refundable.

 

Group lessons must be booked and paid for in full before the session. Any cancellation of a group lesson less than 24 hours before the session will be due, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

A subscription or package must be booked and paid for in full or according to the payment plan defined before the first session. Please note the expiry date of your session package when making your purchase, as expiry dates are strictly adhered to. Group and individual packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

A workshop or masterclass must be booked and paid for in full before the session. 

Workshops and masterclasses are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

If a workshop, masterclass, group course or retreat is cancelled for unforeseen reasons or due to insufficient enrolment, you will be informed in advance. In this case, either a full refund will be given or the course, retreat, workshop or masterclass will be rescheduled. Aurelie Hick Lifestyle Coaching Est. is not responsible for reimbursing expenses, flights and accommodation booked, which are the responsibility of the customer and/or student.

 

Online masterclasses, online courses, online mini-trainings, online trainings are accessible according to the duration defined at the time of purchase. In the case of replays, access to the recording of the online session is available for the duration defined at the time of purchase.

 

Cancellation for medical reasons

If you are unable, for medical reasons, to attend an online or face-to-face course or workshop, you may request a credit note for a future course. This request must be supported by a medical certificate. We recommend that you discuss this with your instructor.
